Red Lobster - Columbus

Good seafood. Portion size is fair. A bit pricey but I am sure it is set by the franchise. Not much other seafood option in Columbus.

3 star at best food was just okay. Server was not a people person. Very disappointing.

Went in on December 9th to have lunch with my wife. Everything was perfect and Jennifer gave us excellent service she very efficient and attentive. It made the good food even better. We will be back.I hope Jennifer is working because we will ask for her. Thank you for a very nice experience.

Ordered carry out so the atmosphere doesn't apply. Manager took 50% off because I waited in line for 15+ minutes and was only one in line. That is customer service, and I told him so

We had the fish and chips. The fish was mostly and very oily. My sent hers back and the manager comp'd her meal. It was second bad experience that we have had at this location. We have no plans of returning here.
