That said, the service was quite slow. There was only one waiter managing the entire restaurant, which made it challenging for her to keep up. While the food took a bit longer to arrive than we expected, it was delicious when it finally did! We understand that the pandemic has impacted staffing levels, but we were still able to enjoy our meal despite the delays. Overall, we would definitely return to this restaurant and would just hope for faster service next time!
Our server, Morgan, was very busy, yet she managed to remain attentive.
The server was excellent, but that’s where the positives ended. The food lacked flavor, and the lobster tail I ordered as an add-on was disappointingly small—about the size of a sausage link. My son opted for the 2 for $29.99 deal, and his portions were equally unimpressive, accompanied by just 14 French fries. The biscuits, as always, were fantastic. Overall, it was very disappointing, except for the service and the biscuits. It seems like Red Lobster, like many other places, isn’t what it once was.
They are clearly on the decline. No drink menu, only 2 beers on tap. Near empty restaurant on a Saturday dinner shift.
