Sbarro - Columbus

My kids love the pizza, I love the drive through and they it is a different fast-food option. Week Every worker has been very nice. I would feel more comfortable inside if masks were worn especially by workers.

This in no way tasted like the Sbarro I know and love! Not even the crust was the same and was really thick. What changed? Sauce was really bland and no flavor. Also the sauce for dipping the bread sticks was just like canned tomatoes...zero flavor. I only ate it bc I spent the money. What on earth happened to the original it was not that long ago?

Pizza had a lousy base crust both the cheese and the sauce used were bland making this one of the blandest pizza ever. The sauce tastes like little more than unseasoned canned tomatoes and the cheese tastes like low fat skim milk cheese. It's hard to put into words just how flat in taste the pizza is.

Service was great, dining room was very clean however food was not very tasty. Ordered garlic wings, meat ball sub and a slice of pepperoni pizza. Sub bun was soggy and sub broke into many pieces. The wing sauce was terrible, I have had the bbq before but the garlic was gross. As far as the pizza was concerned, it was the same old same old… simply a slice of pizza, nothing to rave about. I have tried several items on the menu and have not been impressed. I doubt I will be going back.

Without a doubt one of the worst! Thinking this was going to be like Sbarro's of City Center Mall. Pizza looked very dry with flies buzzing it. Ordered pasta and salad, Romaine lettuce was brown throughout, pasta was not fully cooked with bland sauce...did not eat the salad, took about 2 to 3 bites of the pasta....We packed it up and tossed it. What a waste of $25.00...oh, one more thing, on the floor, outside the bathroom door was human waste...no kidding!
