Smoothie King - Columbus

I get different kinds of smoothies from here, they are always good

One smoothie was fine, the other was incredibly icy. Not sure if it is supposed to be that way, but I didnt enjoy it.

The bowl is delicious but Smoothie King needs an isolated bowl because it melts too fast for the plastic bowls .

This situation is very uneven. my smoothies taste different every time. my lemon twist strawberry tasted like a strawberry milkshake. it looks like many people have this same problem. I also had cloby/gritty shakes before they don't mix it well. I came out to get my last problem solved 2 weeks ago and have not received any answer yet. I would not recommend this place.

I wish I had no experience here as this place is most convenient to me. the first change from last week has no attempt to accept accountability. if it is the responsibility of the customer to replace allergens and they do this in order, please hear and leave them out of smoothie. In addition, today I received a beaker that was not full and was clearly tilted to appear as if he were. I appreciate the external friendliness of the employees, but as a paying customer, these are two unacceptable experiences. if they have more serious allergies, I recommend being extremely careful.
