Steak 'n Shake - Columbus

The staff were exceptionally professional! My order was ready even earlier than I anticipated. The Oreo shake was absolutely perfection!

The experience was disappointing. The fries were cold and hard, and the milkshake was quite unappealing—it tasted old and sour. I won't be ordering from here again.

Best frisco melt I've had in years... Lots of cheese and sauce melted on a sandwich where the bread wasn't falling apart, wasn't a huge grease fest, and had a holding wrapper around it underneath the whole wrapper to hold it preventing grease leak through the bag AND didn't leave the sandwich soaked and soggy. Chefs kiss 10/10

The paper straws were not to my liking, the fries were cold, but the chicken was quite good.

I didn't receive my Frisco melt sandwich I ordered but a dry cheeseburger that did not taste fresh and attempting to eat it But so cold and heating did not improve the old taste.
