Subway - Columbus

The restaurant should open at 9am. The doors were still closed at 9:11am and the workers seemed unconcerned. I visited on 4/11/2022. Are they unreliable or just not open for business?

I placed an order an hour ago for 31.00 dollars worth of food to be delivered. I still have not received it and when I call, there is no answer. This experience has ruined my New Year's Eve and I will not be ordering from here again.

My friend and I placed an order at 8:30 a.m. on DoorDash for a 6-inch sandwich with mayo and vegetables. When the sandwich arrived, I unwrapped it only to find that it was completely soaked in sauce. It was dripping from the front, back, and both ends. The strong flavor of the sauce overpowered all the other ingredients in the sandwich, making it unappetizing. I will not be ordering from here again.

Ordered online and my biscuits did not get and they were from the drink I already bought.

I got the all American club and was very satisfied. It was full of flavor, very fresh/had crisp vegetables and was a good portion size. The staff also made a fresh batch of mearballs for the other sub I ordered. Very enjoyable trip and highly recommended this location.
