I've been driving in tim hortons for about 20 years in the usa and canada, that's the hard time they were a farewell.
People should really learn to slow down and be more kind to our restaurant workers. the poor lady literally got a drink that was spilled at her front because she rushed her to get his drinks and make her angry. as if it's crazy to expect customer service staff and food service staff to do more than they are in the position at this moment. but because he was in tune, she was wet, almost cried, and cried by manager! fyi ppl, they customers are not always right, and many of them are simply right ignorant. and very rarely get them tipped, but nevertheless wonder why almost have settings. now, because you do it.
Terrible service, cafe was closed so it said to order on mobile app, mobile app said “no orders possible at this location” then it said if app doesn’t work call this number, called the number, no response, tried walking through the drive through to ask them and they ignored me
Let's start with the rude employees. When you CLEARLY see myself and coworkers pulling around on big school buses, you turn up your noses and rudely say to us to walk through the drive thru. Understanding that inside Dining is closed, we aren't staying. We want to order and hop back on our buses. But to think we will wait one by one walking around the drive thru is FOOLISH! The other businesses surrounding you are open inside. Burger King even sees when we pull up, they allow us inside with no hesitation understanding we will ne in and out. Your facility is the only one with employees that are rude and refuse our business. Ill be glad when the Sheetz gas station opens behind your building.
They are always so nice. They have the best customer service. Keep up the great work.
