Sucorina Beach Shack - Colva

Great SHAK! It's all right here, and the kitchen, and the drinks, and the view of Ocean. But staff are not particularly aware, counts can wait forever, but this is very typical of India.

Every year, (Sometimes 2 or 3 times) a group of us Brits go to Colva Beach & use the Sucorina Shack. It used to be an excellent shack, Good food, Great service & the price was right, BUT NOT ANY MORE!! We have found out this year that us Brits are being RIPPED OFF!! It is still good food but service is poor for us Brits & there are 2 different price menus, 1 for ENGLISH an 1 for RUSSIANS. Guess which is the CHEAPEST? Yep the Russians menu is the cheaper, it may be only 50 or so Rups per item but over a space of a holiday it soon adds up especially if you go there every day which we did like so many other Brits. NOT any more, next we are going to a different shack were we no there is only 1 menu & don't get ripped off cos we are Brits. It's a shame as we have been using this shack for a number of years.

We've had our friends in March 2017, it's great! The food, the service of the do, especially the charm of his smile and his dances, Cola, the rainbow or the girl, but in recent days, after another refusal to go out with him, he stopped smiling, thank Piusz who replaced him. The staff understand and speak Russian, mostly smiley. But the big, the boss seemed horny, but I was wrong, it was nice and fun. The fish was always dry. But in general, we recommend to friends to stop on Sukorin. The dishes are very beautiful. What a sunset tonight. I have visited Just Beach Shack in Goa twice because the food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was amazing and peaceful. It is the perfect setting for a delightful evening meal on the beach. Akash, our waiter, was very attentive and skilled at his job. We tried all of their specialties, including seafood tartars, shrimp curry with rice, lobster, golden fried prawns, and grilled chicken. Everything was fantastic, but the standout dish was the white snapper prepared in South Indian style, which I highly recommend for those who enjoy spicy food.

We went to this restaurant for a meal and some dancing. To our surprise, two of the waiters took pictures and videos of us without our consent. When we confronted them and asked them to delete the photos and videos, they became aggressive and started arguing with us. I would not recommend this restaurant.
