Goldfinch - Colville

My partner and I have visited this restaurant for the third time. We started with the deviled duck eggs as an appetizer, which had a delicious bacon flavor and fresh green onion. For our main courses, we had the Pesto Alfredo with Bacon and the 6oz Wagyu Top Sirloin with added Asparagus. The Pesto Alfredo was incredible and very filling, I struggled to finish my plate. The Sirloin was perfectly cooked and the sides were fantastic. We ended the meal with some strawberry gelato for dessert, which was delightfully creamy. Another fantastic visit, we truly appreciate the Goldfinch crew.

This restaurant is always the top choice for dining on the eastern side of the Cascade Mountains!

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! I made a reservation just 5 minutes before arriving, and they had a table ready for us. I had never tried most of the items on the menu, but the waitress was very helpful in answering my questions. I ended up ordering the pesto Alfredo with chicken, and it was incredibly delicious! I also tried a slice of pineapple cake, which was good but not as exceptional as the main course. I will definitely be returning during my 4-day stay in town.

It is unfortunate to hear that this restaurant will be closing for good after this weekend. Each meal I've had there has been exceptional, and it's a shame that Colville will be losing such a wonderful gem.
