Nothing exceptional, limited range of pastries, the bread is OK, but not exceptional. Local supermarkets sell a comparable or better product.
Royal Roads Bakery was my favourite spot to visit for breakfast, and take out meals for the last four months.I have found a few favourites there which include the morning glory muffins, tuna melt, wraps and of course the coffee. The staff here make all the difference. They are always welcoming, knowledgeable and efficient. When I move nearby, I will visit often.
Yeah I think they need to visit some other bakeries and get some better idea's on there pricing and quality of the products there selling. Over priced poor quality compared to other bakeries I don't know how they stay in business, The only thing I can think I because there in a area where it's convenient instead of driving another 3 miles to the closest grocery store. I'd be embarrassed to say I was a baker if I worked there. Sorry just speaking the truth. I've almost been tempted to take them some products from other bakeries for them to try so they can figure out what there missing in there ingredients. And really your prices are crazy probably only because you know you have a captive audience.
Fresh, delicious and flavourful baked-goods! I always purchase from them when I bring food for my cohort & peers. Affordable and value-added. Absolutely try the sausage rolls and spinach & cheese roll!
