El restaurante Cafetería Torremar, es uno de los restaurantes que se encuentran justo enfrente del Paseo Marítimo de la Playa de Comillas. Se trata de un sencillo restaurante que cuenta con una amplia y variada carta, además de un menú del día muy económico por tan sólo 12,00 euros los fines de semana. En nuestro caso comimos en la terraza exterior que habían puesto pidiendo los 4 que íbamos el menú del día. El mayor inconveniente es que los días más calurosos en Comillas resulta complicado que te atiendan rápido y pasa un largo rato desde que te sientas hasta que eres atendido y te sirven. Entre los platos que probamos estaban de primero: Paella, ensalada mixta y marmitaco, ya de segundo pedimos: Pollo con patatas, lomo con patatas y sardinas. Todos los platos eran muy sencillos y preparados de una forma muy tradicional y casera. En los postres no había nada del otro mundo, elegimos: Tarrina de helado y arroz con leche.
