Ai Sushi Grill In Colorado Spr

This is a go to spot for great sushi. Everytime we come here the staff is very friendly and quick with our order. I highly recommend this place. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere you won't regret coming here.

Family and I came to have dinner Sunday evening at 530. We dined instead of hibachi. Wife and daughter ordered the teriyaki beef plates and I ordered an assortment of sushi. Theirs arrived 20 minutes before my sushi. What used to be steak is now a poor substitute of thinly shaved beef that tasted like dog food smells. Horrible. Once my sushi arrived I noticed a roll stuffed into a bowl with assortment of flowers to cover up the poorly made roll. Along with other decorations to cover up the other poorly made sushi. The spicy tuna in the rolls was prepared horribly as well because it just tasted of pepper sauce. We will not be returning. Service was great but although the server was aware that we were not satisfied with dinner she didn't even consider removing them from the bill. Welp 126.00 mistake that will not be happening again.

Great food and date ambiance. Best mussels I've ever had! Probably the #1 fine dining spot in CS. The sushi chefs are artisans for sure. The food speaks for itself. The establishment could stand to fix their broken front door, but not much to complain about. Def recommend!

Excellent service, and all the appetizers and rolls were great.
