Usually Culver's is really good but these last couple times the food has been cold onion rings hamburger everything! So disappointing !

I’ve been here twice recently for a drive thru order. Both times they have completely screwed up my order! For as long as it takes and for how much it cost, you would hope for better service. I can’t keep spending $50+ for incomplete meals. And to top it off the fry’s were colder than the coleslaw this last time:(No mustard, you get mustard… order curds, you get no curds… Order a malt and you get a shake with no malt… no onion, oh you getting some onion… you want unsweet tea, nope you gettin sweet tea.

Have never seen a fast food place move at a snails pace. Would avoid at all costs unless you enjoy terrible service.

This establishment is usually great, but this time when I walked into the lobby smell was horrible...
