Roy Boy's Bbq

For the longest time, Colorado Springs has been a BBQ desert... I'm so glad I finally discovered Roy Boy's, the oasis in the desert! The PiggyBack sandwich is amazing. Just the right amount of sauce to let meat still shine through. Pulled pork is tender, juicy and just the right amount of smoke. Best baked beans and mac anywhere in town too. Don't let the fact this place is in the mall (downstairs by Auntie Anne's) fool you, this is serious southern BBQ. Skip the food court and give Roy Boy's a try!

To start off this review, my family and I had a hard time finding this place. Located INSIDE the Chapel Hills Mall on the bottom floor. Hopefully that helps some people out....this BBQ is AMAZING!! I feel like most BBQ places in Colorado have the same flavors and overall menu. But Roy Boy's is unbelievably good! The portions are huge! Worth the time and money! Please let your family enjoy this place!

We recently hired Roy's Boys food truck for a family wedding, and their food was exceptional. I can't praise their pulled pork, brisket, potato salad, and baked beans enough. The sauce is by far the best I've ever tasted. The owners are the sweetest people, and just writing this review makes my mouth water at the thought of their food. I highly recommend their delicious offerings and southern hospitality!
