Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

This was the best Red Robin burger I have ever had. Cooked and seasoned perfectly. I just wish the fries were crispy. Nothing beats the crispy fries in campfire. Who ever cooked tonight burger shoukd train all the other chefs !

The Crispy Chicken Sandwich was awful, it was chewy, tough, and thin ... the cold, grease soaked fries were slightly better ... overall disappointing

I love red robin for the fun family atmosphere and the unlimited riders! I get a funny alcohol-free drink in the regular, which this time I didn't get it so delicious. my man even asked if it had alcohol in him, I think it was only excessive grenadin and flat pop. the food was still delicious and the server was very attentive!

Number one! Martha is an absolutely amazing employee! Everything was amazing though it is the only server and not a dishwasher! Fast amazing service and food! Great deals! In any case, it'll be back!

Food is always quite good here, but the service has gone downhill. There must be more training for hostesses and servers. We stood in the front for 10 minutes and had two groups of people sitting in front of us, because the hostess didn't stand right in front of us. The waitress we had was disappointing. I can't get anything else for you if I got something over and shot her out so fast, so no cute for 5 minutes after dinner, as I had to wait until we could catch the waitress again. Our request for groundless pages could not be made because it took us to the end of our burgers to let the waitress pass our table. I understand the problems, but it's not hard to train the servers to have a little attention! I get a huge mood of untrained teenagers here. This was our second visit to this quality in the last six months. Go to Novi location instead.
