Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Commerce

I've had all good experiences here! I wish more tropical smoothie restaurants would follow suit.

Somehow they managed to only put sauce on half my sandwich.. how does that even happen???

Super unprofessional. Learn how to conduct a business or hire people who are capable.

I don't usually leave negative reviews, but this place obviously needs some guidance. Upon entering they scream at you, Need a mask I'm willing to comply, but they could say it in a much friendlier way. This is definitely not how I would greet my patrons. Three people walked right back out and didn't return. We ordered a wrap, a sandwich, and a smoothie. When we opened our items at home, neither of the items were what we had ordered. At least our son enjoyed his smoothie.

Love the product but it will be my last visit until the mask requirement is eased for those who are vaccinated. Ridiculous and too authoritarian. The staff IMMEDIATLY and rudely barked mask instructions to anyone waking in. Why did we get vaccinated in the first place? Lots of other places to go that are easing this ridiculous rule.
