This restaurant is fantastic! The customer service, food, and decor are all top-notch. They offer a shuttle to the airport, which is only a 5-minute drive away. Don't miss out on the buy one get one free mojitos during happy hour! The passion fruit flavor is my favorite.

The best hotel in Santiago and the staff is great 10 star for me

Very clean property. Equal to higher end US hotel properties. Rate was reasonable for a US or.Euro level hotel. Only reason it didnt get a 5 star rating wad the poor drainage in the shower. Flooded the bathroom floor. Take 5.min showers and youre ok.

Despite the fact that the hotel is right next to the highway, we had trouble to sleep because of the noise the ventilation made the whole time. In addition, there was a power cut while I was in a call for work. Moreover, the internet connection was pretty much inexistent. The sherry on the cake was the room service. Most of the food we wanted had run out (3 dishes). We finally received the food 2 hours after ordering and after numerous phone calls. The good turned out to be quite nice. On the plus side, there is a gym and the bed was quite comfortable. PS: the windows can't be opened at all

I apologize for mistakenly giving this restaurant a 1-star rating. I actually meant to give it 5 stars. The restaurant was incredibly clean and beautiful, the food was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. It was a peaceful and lovely dining experience, and I plan on returning next year.
