Dave and Buster's - Concord

The food was great, our server was also great, but service was incredibly slow. Unfortunately they seemed very understaffed. Our server was responsible for the entire game area seating. We waited an hour with multiple requests to pay our bill.

Food smelled amazing but didn't get the chance to eat as the boys were getting tired so we decided to leave. Staff was friendly in helping us get the points card and redeeming our points once we were done. Very fun energetic filled place, a few games were down and some were being added but still more than enough games to have a great time, if you're in the area and don't know what to do then I suggest stopping in even if just for some food.

I came this afternoon with my family to enjoy a night out of food and entertainment. The food was fresh and hot, the games kept my little one busy all afternoon, and the service was creme of the crop, provided by Johnson, a master of his craft. For me, service is everything. That's why Dave and busters will be my preferred restaurant. I just wish it didn't take an hour to drive every time I come ?
