Gong Cha - Concord

The service at this restaurant is incredibly slow. I ordered a strawberry oreo with tapioca, but they got my order wrong.

I had an amazing experience at this boba shop. The customer service was excellent, the music was fantastic, and my drink was made quickly. All the staff were friendly and energetic. I will definitely be returning to this place!

The service was slow, I waited 30 minutes for my order. They also forgot one of my drinks, so now I have to wait again. They need to improve their service in order to compete with other restaurants.

I love this place, the friendly staff, love their creme brûlée croffle. Other than that, people who left negative reviews saying waiting too long for their orders, please be patient, they are short of staff.10/10 Gong Cha

First time coming here I had to wait half an hour to get my order. I didn’t want to leave a review because I know it can negatively impact a business. Despite my better judgment I came back a second time and the exact same thing happened. I am currently 25 minutes into my wait.. it’s unacceptable. I will not be back. For context there was ONE customer before me.
