I witnessed a manager names Mittal berate and swear at one of her employees for messing up an order. That’s not how you treat your coworkers. You wonder why no one wants to work anywhere when you have management like this. It is a sign that management lacks emotional intelligence and comes across as bullying. You don’t need to be a business expert to tell you that. As a customer witnessing this It created an atmosphere that was absolutely disgraceful. And. now that employee is full of mistrust. This is exactly how not to motivate or inspire employees. Praise publicly and criticize privately. For most jobs bosses should act as coaches, not dictators. Berating someone is a form of bullying and bosses who manage by fear rather than lead by respect do not perform well or for long. Do better and be better. Your employees are the backbone of your restaurant. Mittal needs to be reprimanded and so does any manager who treats their employees this way.
I was dying in the heat while watching the Harveys logo spin forever. The checkout page just didn't want to load at all. After 20 or so attempts, I drove over to the next Harveys location to the west and that location worked without issue. Absolute waste of my time trying to use an online order coupon.
Friendly employees, very accommodating and always smiling. Johanna the one in the drive thru was so nice and friendly, she made sure my order was all there. Food was delicious, definitely gonna come back here.
