Horrible food, forgetful staff, dingy environment.If you want non dry, “fresh” food…go to another kfc. This location stinks.
The atmosphere was chilly, much like our unenthusiastic server. We felt like we were waiting for ages before they finally took our order. It took a whopping 25 minutes for our food to arrive, during which time I could have cooked a turkey. The potato salad was underwhelming, even after drowning it in hot sauce. Some of our drinks were also disappointing. We attempted to order chicken tenders, but they were sold out along with the beer tenders.
The food was good, though it took more then 10 min for a slider and fries!!!! My friend was with me and ordered the same thing their order took almost 20 min!! (a slider is just a large tender on a small bun)We were going to stay and eat, but we were so frustrated and hungry by the time the food was actually ready that we just left the store!They were filling all kinds of orders for the drive-thru. So it looks like if you want FAST service at this location you have use the drive thru as it is a priority over the dining room customers!Parking: There was plenty of parking, seeing as how long we waited for our food I can see why!
I don 't recommend ordering from the KFC app or from this KFC location. I placed an order at 11am with the KFC app for home delivery at 4:30pm. No delivery arrive and no phone call from KFC! When I call to inquire, the store said the delivery service person did not come so they cancelled the order . I had a house full of people expecting dinner. The store person was difficult to talk too and wasn 't helpful in resolving the issue....they kept insisting that it wasn 't their fault....well who 's fault it is? When you order from the KFC app, I would expect KFC is responsible for the entire customer experience, not blame others! You lost me as a customer...No more KFC, I am switching to Mary Brown!
