Mary Brown's Chicken - Concord

Big location and visible from street so was easy to locate upon entering plaza. Staff was kind and order was fresh and compared to other locations this one was very organized and had the food ready in reasonable time. I like that they offer a drive thru as well for convenience.

I generally like Mary Brown's food and I used to go to this location often. Today, I went through the drive-through and to no one's fault other than my own, I missed the ordering window due to a crying infant in the back seat. I guess I was hoping that somebody would just take my order at the pickup but instead, I was greeted with a smile and told me to go around again and order. Yes, that's exactly what I'm going to do. Go around and line up behind an additional 5 cars with a crying baby... Have a little empathy. No, I will no longer go to this store for food. The service isn't worth the hassle.

Quick bite, I like the big mary reg. Sandwich. I find it the best of all chicken sandwiches.

To say this place is grimey, would be an understatement. Everything is sticky and not cleaned and the washrooms are disgusting. For a newer establishment, this place lacks the care that it needs.

Just picked up a late night meal and the young lady that took our order at the drive through and presented us our meal was soo amicable! A nice chat later and dinners ready! from the girl. Definitely put a smile on our faces!
