Nakos Greek Grill - Concord

Amazing, the food is so fresh and the meat is cooked perfect (Tasty and Juicy)it?s the best Greek food I have had anywhere in a very long time. The staff are friendly and the Loukoumania shop attached to it is also a must have for desert!

My family and I came for dinner tonight and had a wonderful time. Anastasia went above and beyond in serving us with the utmost kindness and care. The food was delicious, I had the chicken gyros, the tzatziki sauce inside was the best I have ever tasted. We finished our meal with a delicious treat from the cafe next door and I can say it was the perfect way to end a Saturday! I highly recommend Nakos Greek Grill

I ordered the Big Nak and a small Maroulosalata (without feta), which cost around $20 after tax at the time of my visit. The Big Nak was a bit misleading, as it wasn't very big. It's shaped like a cone and contained two skewers of pork. It tasted fantastic, but I found myself wishing for either a larger portion or another option. As a lover of Greek salads, I wouldn't order the Maroulosalata again for several reasons. Priced at $7.95 for a small, it's a bit too expensive, and adding feta brings it up to $11, which is pushing into large salad territory. Even without the feta, I found it lacking in both flavor and substance. While feta is optional, I believe it’s practically necessary to enhance the dish. From a value perspective, two Big Naks ($8.95 each) would be more satisfying. Additionally, the shredded lettuce made it quite challenging to eat with a fork; the finely chopped lettuce just slipped between the prongs and fell off. Shredded lettuce is better used as a topping, and it felt like I was eating a container of toppings rather than a proper salad.

After a long day of work, I was craving some Greek food and decided to check out Nakos. I was pleasantly surprised! I ordered a pork pita, and it was exactly what I needed. The flavor of the meat was fantastic, and all the ingredients tasted very fresh. I haven't had pork this good in a while—it was amazing! I can't wait to return to the area and visit again!

This was my first time ordering from this restaurant. I got a large calamari salad and added two souvlaki sticks to it. The taste was good, but I was really surprised by the small portion of meat that came with it; there was barely enough for two bites. Maybe the in-store experience is different, but overall, the portions were quite small.
