Carolina Grill Company - Concord

This place is overly priced! They charge a $1 for a side of cheese sauce for my fries and they charged me 3 dollars plus tax for fries which was a total of 12 French fries!! I asked for mayonnaise on my cheesesteak and they didn't put it in there but charged me. Their staff is rude and not friendly one bit! Need to find a better cheesesteak place in concord! Do not recommend

THEY ARE NOW CLOSED AND HAVE BEEN REPLACED BY A DIFFERENT RESTAURANT! It’s a shame that they are gone, I loved their cheesesteaks and fries : . About 2 weeks ago a new place tookover. They also serve cheesesteaks but just keep in mind it is not the same recipes and the previous company. Bummer :

Food took forever, even though there was no one ahead of us, everyone seems to running about like chickens without heads but not actually doing anything. The one thing my 4 year old would eat on the menu, they didn't have. We were not informed of this until about 10 minutes into our wait for our food. I rarely give bad reviews but good grief. It shouldn't take almost 20 minutes to get one kids meal.

Amazing tasting subs definitely recommend and great customer service !! I usually add jalapeños but they put enough of everything on it

This was my first time eating here. I purchased the Philly cheesesteak and it is great. The food is made fresh to order. The time frame to make the order is reasonable. I would eat here again.
