Chili's Grill - Concord

Bad service. We ordered a blackberry margarita and the glass was just ice. The lady who attended us wanted to go to her house, we had not finished eating and she was already bringing us the check. we couldn't order a dessert????.

The worker are nice. The server recommend you food's And drinks.

Service was amazing. Lunch deal was great! $9.99 for a few different choices. I got the shrimp tacos which were cooked perfectly. Only thing I would change is the tortillas. They used flour instead of corn. But the ingredients were yummy.

Ordered online and had called in immediately for them to add multiple side sauces. Went there for curbside pickup up to 10 minutes waiting and no one came out. Went in, checked order, it was not busy at all, or low staff. My order didn?t have thethree requested containers after confirming on the phone. In the meantime that I was waiting, one employee stayed talking to acustomer and I, trying to get the right sauce for us. This process took about another 10 minutes and they didn?t fill them allthe way. The garlic bread with order was also hard on one side and soft on the other?

Had dinner with my fiance cuz I didn't feel like cooking we had a good dinner though I had a Tito's punch he had a Corona I had the baked seafood platter with panini noodles and alfredo sauce, he had a three-way combo with ribs carne asada quesadillas andchicken tenders
