There are far better places to watch football on Monday nights. They were short-staffed on servers so the wait for everything was super long. You're better off taking your business elsewhere.

I came to Dave and Busters with the family to play some games and get some food. We got there and there was a 10 cover charge and that was fine, we found out it was because of the fight(which we had no interest). We tried to get a table and they said it was at least a 2 hour wait because people were there to watch the fight and there was no time limit on how long they can stay at their table. Because we were going to play games we said fine and put our names on the list, after playing a couple of hours worth of games we checked on our table and were told that it was still at least a 2 hour wait. We tried to order to go but were told that we could not. I tried to order a drink at the bar and because I wasn't already there the bartenders kept looking at me but not taking my order, after 30 mins of this we just decided to leave. It was a total **** show, very disappointing. The only thing halfway decent about this night was the games. They should tell people at the door what's going on and time frames before charging them a cover charge.

Family fun place. Kids love most games, daddy loves collect cards to gain lots of points. I love basketball, dancing machine... the food's okay... but the waiters not enough, always wait wait wait~ but they r nice though

I came here for some fun and games, but my daughter was hungry and insisted on eating here. I suggested against it, mentioning my past experiences with poor service and food quality at this place. However, being a good father, I agreed since she really wanted to eat here.Things started off well; our server, Briana, took our orders and was friendly. But after waiting for 30 minutes, we only received our nachos and kids' Mac and cheese. Briana assured me that my cheesesteak would be out soon, but 15 minutes later, there was no sign of it, and she never returned with an update.At this point, I had been waiting for my food for almost an hour, and it was only a Monday at 1 pm. Most of the booths were full, and everyone else seemed to have received their meals, except for me. It felt like my bad luck with this place was striking again.In frustration, I decided to cancel my order since my daughter had already finished her meal. Briana mood took a turn for the worse after this, although I understood that it wasn't her fault, as she couldn't control the situation, and it likely stemmed from management issues. However, when she abruptly left me to assist someone else while I was still talking to her, it became personal.Now, I find myself writing this review, though I doubt I'll get anything more than a $5 gift card from Dave and Busters. Nevertheless, it's worth saying: Save your time and don't dine here. Explore the other great shops in the Veranda Plaza instead.CHK#305290 Server# 1038740

Service was terrible. Drinks brought after food and food took an hour at least to get. Except one item which came out at least 30 min before everyone else's food. Service was super slow. Requested booth on reservation and then given table as I watched the walk in in front of me be given the last booth. This was for a bday and cost me $320 for crappy service. Never will come back.
