Dunkin' - Concord

Late night staff useless, put in an app order, showed up 5 mins later, waited 10 mins before they even addressed me standing there, asked what I was waiting for then grabbed the ticket out of the printer. Not even busy. My order ahead app order took 20+mins.

Ordered ahead through the drive through for a hot tea, got home and tasted it to realize it was coffee : do better

Great customer service. the bank was friendly although I was definitely not completely awake. she quickly got my coffee and I was in and out of the load for less than 5 minutes, which never happens when I go to destroy.

I love Dunkins coffee. I just wish they hadn't dropped my fave donut-choc cream filled. Otherwise 5 stars.

Place was dead, waited at mobile order pickup for 10 minutes only to get a hot coffee that tasted like it was sitting on the counter for an hour. Multiple customers upset with slow guy behind the counter, hope he hasn’t been working there long. Worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to.
