It took a 35 min round trip to pick up oriental chicken salad. when I came home, it was mixed greens with a few strawberries and maybe 1 cut cichere delicate. I calculated the full amount for oriental chic salat. I never eat in the house anymore because it's so bad that it's coming in, now my days out are also done. they won't even make calls there.

From the minute we came in. No one has greeted us or set us. we sat down, our waitress hasn't gotten us or hardly looked at us at all. we did not get our drinks until we found a manager (the bar write was more with cleaning tables than actual barkeepers) the manager tried his best with what he worked, eating was great, waiter and not present barkeepers were terrible! we couldn't get a drink, even if we asked several times, and just ended without our drinks. when we placed our order, she asked what kind of wings we wanted, we asked what the options are, and she stood there without saying a word how we searched for the menu. In the meantime, she's been dancing behind us all the time, as if we weren't even there. never again we go back to the concord location. we have paid too much for the terrible service we have received. the manager was very nice and the food was on the spot. the service, not even close to the site. updated the district manager contacted us and made it right! it was excellent! vegetarian options: there was no one we knew. what would have been nice to know if there were any!

Was there for the Veteran dinner and it was packed. young black girl (lynn on the acknowledgement) waited for us and service could not be better. despite the crowd, she kept our drinks full. the food was fast. everyone was excellent and friendly, no one was rushed. it was a great night. Everything was great! we had two server because we had two tabs and made it so much easier and efficient. both server were great and have fixed everything within a reasonable time. the birthday party of my sohne went off with a bang. Thank you for being applebee?

The food is better if you go in to eat. Great service if they could get enough employees. If there is a line and not enough wait staff,leave. They should tell you about the staff shortage and not keep you waiting on your food too long. But the shrimp and chicken is the best.
