Jimmy John's - Concord

Picked up a roast beef sub with extra veggies. Must say it was pretty tasty and they did pretty well with filling my order. I know JJ is known for their thin sub rolls, but a thicker sub roll would be better for sandwiches with extra toppings in order for the sub to stay together.

I placed an order for 45 sandwich boxed lunches to be delivered to Frank Liske Park for Pfeiffer University Nursing. The portions were good. The food was fresh (including the sliced tomatoes and shredded lettuce). The price was great. The manager and delivery woman provided awesome, worry free service. Thank you for helping to make our event a success!!

Why this is one, it is certainly not expensive for what they get and the drinks prices are really high. they bring free eating at workstations and so it is good

Serious customer service! we have ordered many paintings from this place (via telefon). tonight tried and the teenager who answered the phone, said we only take orders online as she was confused. (I asked about a manager and was told by a manager) the owner (she) was a bi*ch) and did not let us deliver because it was too far. per google maps, and I know where the load is, we live 2.2 miles from them. I told her that and she said and I quote, we only deliver 5 miles from the load. I said we live 2.6 miles away and she said oh well and quiet. I will submit a formal complaint to the office and the bbb. they just lost a customer.
