Nonnas reminds me of a classic Italian restaurant. Great menu with all the classics. Service was on point. Food well made and came our quickly. Had the chicken marsala. It was done well. Good flavor. Also has the gorganzola pasta with shrimp. Expect it to be rich and overpower the shrimp, but it didn't. Looking forward bringing my dad here.
The pizza is excellent, all the fish dishes are fabulous
Order food from here after seeing a few Instagram videos on the place. It did not disappoint. We got 6 garlic Knotts, 6 wings, and two 10 in pizzas. Garlic Knotts were great. Chicken wings were crispy but the buffalo flavor we ordered was almost nonexistent. We got a pepperoni pizza and a white pizza with feta. Both tasted great from the cheese, toppings, and crust. This was a great experience.
At Nonna's Italian Restaurant, you're not just eating a meal you're experiencing the essence of Italy on your plate. Each bite of their authentic Italian cuisine is bursting with fresh flavors that leave you craving more. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to indulge in their delicious offerings once again.
Being a New Yorker we know good Italian food. First the salad -while a generous portion it came with huge old lettuce -like the tops that should be thrown away -bitter Husband had pizza -crust was so-so but it was soggy. I had baked ziti. We are the “take home all the left overs” type of people but this was not worth taking home. Sauce was smashed tomatoes with no flavor at all. All so bland.
