Dunkin' - Concord Tpke, Concord

I ordered coffee and a ham and cheese croissant on my app. When I picked it up the Thoreau St DD, the croissant was burnt on top. I ask the employee to please make me a new croissant. She went ahead very begrudgingly and heated up a new one. While that was happening she turned to her coworker, speaking in a different language, about her dismay!The croissant was not cooked properly, cold on the bottom and crispy on the top. I find this extremely disappointing that asking for something that I paid for and am going to eat became such an issue. What happen to standards. You need to train your employees how to interact with customers!

Nice location with good parking. Clean bathrooms. Seating area very clean and well maintained.

Music was historically way too loud but I think they're working on fixing this .

Very nice place to eat! Me and my family have ordered from there a bunch and only once or twice have they gotten our order wrong (and even then the order was very similar and still good). The staff is friendly and the donuts are fresh! A good place to eat for sure.

Has to be the nicest staff of any Dunkin Donuts in New England. Very clean restaurant, and everyone greeted you with a smile.
