I was driving by downtown and noticed this cozy restaurant in the corner of my eye! I was so elated to walk in and see the owner and her well-made menu and establishment in action! If you are from Mexico or have ever lived there, it definitely feels like a piece of home with the greatest selection of baked goods, cafe, and juices! I'd also say it's a great place to eat inside and have a coffee with a long lost friend or even a self-care date away from the madness deep in the city!
Walked here because I live in the neighborhood. From the looks of it, this spot is now permanently closed.
This is one of the best coffee shops in the area. The service is top notch and the people are always friendly. Their churros and horchata latte are out of this world. I also like the different snacks and drinks they offer.
I absolutely 100% support Cafexito!! I was so excited to discover them right before the pandemic hit. They were doing pop-ups nearby our neighborhood in Atlanta and it was one of very few coffee shops in the area at the time. I definitely shared with many of my neighbors who all eventually became frequent customers. I honestly can say, they helped me get through that crazy time in the world. The team started to take online orders and do deliveries in the metro ATL area during the peak of the pandemic. I was all for it. On multiple orders, my drinks were delivered on time and placed at my front porch. Contact-free and efficient. My main drink was the Iced Horchata Latte. *chef's kiss*I'm happy to hear they now have a storefront and standing strong serving up Mexican inspired coffee and baked goods.
