Cathy's: Gourmet Ice Cream Sandwiches

I only went to this location because the other one has closed down. First experience was fine except they were out of chocolate chip cookies.This location had me appalled! They were out of the ice cream I wanted and only had 2 cookies to choose from, so when I finally settled on something, the young lady told me it would be 15m for a fresh batch of cookies. So I step outside and wait.I come back in and now another teenager, a guy, tells me it's gonna be 30m and appeared to be annoyed that I was back in there. These teenagers had the most obscene music playing loud and didn't turn it off when I walked in. I guess I was disturbing their party. I just decided to leave.My wife tried to call several times weeks before our visit and no one ever answered the phone, nor responded to her IG message or email.Very disappointed, I won't be returning. This young staff needs a lesson in customer service, the store needs a manager on duty, and they need to keep ice cream and cookies in stock. After all, isn't that what they supposed to sell?

So we wanted some ice cream and this Black owned ice cream shop popped up. The cookies are sooo soft and good!! My only issue, the ice cream sandwich should be in a bowl so you can get all the goodness before it melts away

Absolutely delicious!! I went with a cookie and scoop chocolate chip and vanilla ice cream. It taste great! The staff was so helpful and pleasant. Even helped my friend pick the perfect ice cream flavor for her. Would highly recommend!! Wish I got a pic but eating it was more like a disappearing act.

Everything is phenomenal. Ice cream is great, cookies are good. My ONLY COMPLAINT and the reason it only gets 4 stars is this:SELL THE HARDER COOKIES!!! I respect your decision to have all of your cookies to be soft and sweet for ice cream sandwiches. (It's even their tag line! But if I'm buying JUST the cookie??? I prefer it to have more body/resistance. It's super soft/gooey/doughy in the middle which can be off putting. So sell the harder ones atleast on request! I'll take them off of you, I promise I won't be angry even if they're really tough. It's what I asked for ?.That being said, if any of you wish to buy JUST the cookies but aren't a fan of the texture when it's eaten alone, throw it in the oven for a bit. It brings it right up to perfect cookie texture and temp ??.Still highly recommend and I stop by every once in a while to enjoy an ice cream sandwich.

So they put the ice cream between warm cookies and then put it in a paper bag. We had to throw it away after 5 minutes bc it starts melting immediately and I’m not really sure what they expect you to do when it’s in a container that is going to disintegrate if it gets too wet. Cookies were also super soft so they also started disintegrating and you are just left with a wet, melted mess. Can’t believe I paid $10 to eat a fourth of the sandwich and throw it away. I took pictures but there’s no option to attach them unfortunately.
