The coffee was good but the employee was very rude.

Employee was rude and talked about me when I was standing 10 feet away. I just asked for 2 separate items, not a sandwich, and was charged for the sandwich. I can 't eat eggs and cheese, and who I assume was the manager waited until I walked away to tell the employee she just didn 't want to argue and gave me what I wanted. Not sure why this was such a difficult request, other locations don 't have an issue with accomodating me. I work in food service too and it 's common sense not to charge for a whole meal when someone omits half the ingredients. I hope someone was just having a bad day because it hasn 't happened in the past. Sad that I won 't be coming back, the coffee is always quick and good. They could 've waited until I was out of earshot to badmouth me though.

Donuts are yummy and it moves fairly fast! Fair prices.

Waited in line for ten minutes only to be told that they didn't have a scanner to take mobile payments. GSR representative didn't know how to proceed from there. Very poorly run. Edit: two months later and this problem hasn't been solved! Edit2: 11 months later and DDPerks is still not able to be used here. To rub salt in the wound, they also don't take Discover.

Employees are very friendly and service is very fast , even at busy times.
