Contribuisci feedbackWe are visiting from out of town and usually enjoy einstiens, but today the staff dropped the ball. First they tried to rush us through ordering, then they gave our order away to someone else, then they forgot two of our items and were getting annoyed with us for trying to get the order right and all the things we ordered. Then two of our orders were wrong. We ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese, no cream cheese came on it. Got sausage on one of the bagels when we ordered bacon on both. Just overall a disappointing experience. Staff needs to pay attention to detail better.
Love their bagels and their coffee.
