Contribuisci feedbackJust left after 30 minutes, after never receiving my order. Food was made and given to the wrong person. I tell manger, we can clearly see its given to the wrong person, instead of preparing the order for me they (manger and line cook) argue about how it went to wrong peron. Then instead of the cook fixing my food, he to decided start to preparing other orders, while I'm standing in front of him waiting. I ask for a refund they offer, free food. I declined. Free food was not what I was looking for. Not to mention my party had already gotten their food and ate. Compassion and understanding the business missed up would have helped more. Then listening to the staff argue about where the order went and questioning me about why i didn't receive it? Made me not want it when we could clearly see it was given to the wrong person, and they had eaten it.
Jason’s Deli at Camp Creek has definitely declined. It’s odd the way they “ration” out their napkins. You have to keep asking for extra napkins. Next, the ice cream machine is like McDonald’s because it is hit or miss. I’m sitting with my family….. Luckily, one of my kids was able to get an ice cream cone. By the time me and my other child was ready to get an ice cream…they “ran out of supplies” to produce more ice cream. They also ran out of the corn muffins while I was there and never had the garlic toast, brown muffins or special crackers available to us. They had multiple baskets of Saltine crackers. I notified the manager on duty named Kerby and he just brushed it off like oh well. The salad bar has gotten mediocre and so has the service here. I won’t be back for a while but unfortunately this is the closed JD to me. I should have the attitude of “Oh well like their manager. I also overheard several customers complaining today. Food wasn't that good. Okay I guess but for that much???
I don't recommend this place due to poor customer service. I had a bad experience with burnt Gumbo, and when I called, I was told it would be replaced next time I visited. However, upon arrival, they insisted it had to be on the same day, which was inconvenient. Additionally, they've recently coded the bathrooms which used to be open to the public for years. Overall, the unfriendliness and recent changes make it a disappointing experience, especially considering I used to visit this location frequently. Amanda, do better.
Excellent food, nice people, great family atmosphere. Took a voeyball team for lunch and the deli took cae of everything. Great job!Kid-friendliness: Family atmosphere.
