Drive thru was not open till 12 as advertised online or the girl sitting at the dt window on her phone was lying.

I would give this a 0/5 if I was able to, hopefully one day google will allow that. I will start by saying my sister and I both ordered ahead before arrival. Once we arrived to the location, there was a long line going into the street, probably due to the current promotion they have going on. That was not the problem. The problem was that they purposely provided slow service per car as to get customers to leave, and many did. They also had their doors locked to not allow anyone in. It did not matter if you ordered ahead, were an ubereats or doordash driver, you were going to have to wait in line. The other problem, which was the most telling of this facility 's business and service, was that when we got to the speaker, we were told that they were out of their original glazed donuts (which are what both my sister and I ordered) and we could only order their available donuts and have to pay. It did not matter that we had ordered well ahead and the orders stated completed on the app with the time they would be ready, which was past the time when we got to the speaker. Overall I would recommend others to go to the other side of town if you know what I mean, as what I should 've done.
