Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

The cleanliness of this establishment is deplorable. I miss the times I would come and it was clean without having the frozen yogurt lingering on the trays underneath or sticky handles. The high schoolers they have working here do not have any level of professionalism and always have an attitude when you ask them to refill the toppings that should be refilled as they see them depleting throughout the day. Oh and I would HIGHLY advise against getting any of the “fresh” toppings because they look slimy and far from fresh.Overall, this was definitely my last time at this location and would not recommend due to the cleanliness and the level of customer service.

If I could rate a 0 I would. It says they close at 8, yet they close over an hour early every time. This management is HORRIBLE! If you have low expectations for this place, make them even lower. This place should be shut down.

I recently visited Menchies in Buckhead and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The cleanliness of the floor and counters left much to be desired, and the ice cream handles were sticky. When assembling my cup, I noticed old and bad blueberries mixed in, along with some strawberries that had gone bad.I approached an employee, and she was very sweet and directed me to the trash when I asked to dispose of the spoiled strawberry. Despite her kindness, I left feeling dissatisfied with the options overall. The coconut flavor looked particularly old, so I refrained from trying anything else.While my daughter usually loves this ice cream place, our visit today was far from enjoyable. I hope the management addresses these issues to improve the quality of their offerings.
