Smoothie King

I had a great time at this restaurant last Friday. I think the girl who took my order was named Kayla, and the guy who made my drink was David. The customer service was excellent and the energy drink they recommended was amazing.

I ordered a $12 smoothie in a bowl that is safe for allergies because I have a nut allergy. Initially, they made it in a regular bowl, but I had them remake it. Even after discussing my nut allergy, the remake they made in an allergy-friendly bowl still had nuts in it. I started to have a reaction after drinking some of it and had to seek medical help. When I requested a refund so I could leave without risking another remake, they never gave it to me. I usually enjoy Smoothie King, but I will not be returning to this particular location.
