5b's Bakery Eatery - Concrete

A hidden gem in the town of Concrete, worth pulling off the highway to check out. Great baked goods, we had a hard time deciding what to try! Super friendly vibes and service. Will definitely stop in next time we're passing through on the North Cascades Highway.

This is the place in town for a quick sit down or grab and go meal. Incredible and delicious bakery selection, warm atmosphere and polite staff, we will be back next time camping in the area!

Rode the cascade trail and this was definitely a highlight of the ride!! Chili bagel dog and curry pot pie were amazing. And the desserts… my husband doesn’t usually like GF fare but he was rolling his eyes in the back of his head. They make their food with love. And the smell of them making homemade chai was icing on the cake! Also love the local artist gifts throughout. Must visit and I will bring a bigger backpack to stock up next time.

This is truly the best gluten free baked/bread-based food I've ever had. We had the Chicken Pot Pie a Bagel Dog during our visit; the great tragedy is that we live on the other side of the country and can't frequent here. I'll absolutely be placing online orders.

Everything was delicious! We ate lunch, then took home a box full of fantastic desserts. Kid-friendliness: They had a giant connect 4 game and chalk for the sidewalk. We ate outside on the patio area.
