Primavera Pizza - Congers

We have ordered from Primavera Pizza several times and they do not disappoint. Their pizzas are crisp, flavorful and fresh and made just the way you like them. They have a big variety of pizza toppings. Their zucchini sticks, fried calamari and eggplant rollatini are delicious. I tried their mushroom/truffle risotto which was just creamy and delightful. To top all of this off, the prices are so reasonable. Everything is cooked to order and arrives fresh, hot and crisp if indicated. Alex, the owner is just the nicest business owner and his staff are all courteous and polite. Support a local business when eating out or ordering to go meals. I've been coming here for decades, and the new management have kept up the tradition of excellence. The pizza is perfect. Just slightly charred on the edges of the crust. Their arancini are the best I've ever had. My husband got the chicken parm dinner last night, and he has enough left to have dinner tonight. And he said it was delicious. Everybody is polite and friendly. Definitely go here!

The food in this place is incredibly good. And the service is right there. We live in the Bronx and stumbled randomly on a day when we worked in Congers and needed a short bite before we went home. What a happy surprise. Every piece of pizza we had was delicious, the sauce they make is right, the crust is thin, there is nothing bad I can say. We're going 40 minutes to come here and eat a bite. My husband loves her margarita pizza. Real made and everything tastes fresh. I was amazed that her pure cheese pizza was just as good as my favorite place in town. The garlic knots are perfectly smooth and soft on the inside, but beautiful and crisp on the outside. Every time we visited the staff was friendly, courteous and super helpful. We have nothing we do not like and will come back for more!!

Best Pizza in Congers! If you are a fan of NYC style thin crust pizza. The dough is soft and chewing with the correct amount of crusts, but not hard and hard. Consistently good.
