We booked in advance for Sunday lunch which was a smart move as they were turning people away all afternoon.The place was heaving and the staff struggled to cope at times and couldn't have worked any harder TBH just need another set of hands. Starte of Octopus carpaccio was stunning ,quite how the sliced it so thin was a miracle,Cuttlefish with garlic was also wonderful bot arrived at wildly different times sadly..Mains were a little underwhelming and there was a long wait between courses , extra wine was ordered ,my wives moroccan style Lamb arrived in a very very dark PX based sauce and was very rich,my Rock Bass was tasty but quite small and the presentation and accompaniments left a bit to be desired , we skipped postres and just had coffee around 100 euro and we left replete and happy .Book early to get seats on the terrace and order simply would be my advice.
I had a very late diner at Casa Manolo with my wife. She asked for a salad as a starter and a tuna for main dish and I took few starters as a main- to try as many dishes as possible (octopus, baby octopus, fried sardines and patatas bravas). Everything was recommended as fresh and it was fresh. All the food was very good, simple, fresh and Delicious plus amazing view at the sunset. We also had a friend to finish eating. Overall very good place.
Lugar privilegiado en Conil, con una carta variada, con producto fresco y calidad. Personal amable y atentos, flexibles ante la posibilidad de modificar cosas de la carta para tu gusto. Recomiendo reservar antes si optan por esta opción!!
