The food we ordered was delicious and definitely worth the price. However, the supplementary buffet could use some improvement.

Better order everything in advance. The waiting period after the order was more than 25-30 minutes. For lunch and dinner, other food compounds prefer.

Actually, I booked a deluxe room on 24/12/2020 after they canceled my booking 30 minutes later. I had asked her that my booking was canceled, they told me that the room was booked. I didn't get my refund. You say...directly u will get refund in your account, but still I don't have my money back.

The hotel is located in Kamalapura walking distance to Hampi ruins. We were not in this hotel as it was expensive for our bag, but we had lunch in their outdoor restaurant during our visits as there is no other good restaurant nearby. The hotel has many parking spaces and is located in a well maintained environment on foot from the main road. If you live in this hotel, they offer a free breakfast and the food in the restaurant is good and reasonable.

Had booked and paid for 2 nights in a semi deluxe room When shown the room there was a distinct bad smell, it was very dark so asked to see another room. Told by indifferent and unsmiling staff (government run hotel) we could upgrade to...a deluxe room (at considerable more cost) shown deluxe room only difference seemed to be it was larger towels grey and threadbare, bedding definitely not white, leaking cistern in bathroom and cardboard in bathroom window as glass was broken. Went back to reception and said we would sit in the garden area and discuss before making a decision. We said we would like a cold beer much appreciated beer bar mentioned in Lonely Planet beer fridge empty, sold out and didn 't know when they would have a delivery and as government run could not go and get more beers, have to wait for delivery. As they were unable to go and buy some beers and the hotel was up a long drive we said we 'd be leaving. Told as government run no refund. Booked into a privately run hotel nearby and had the best experience of friendly, efficient and happy staff. Room, towels and sheets very clean and rates a third of the price.
