However, the momos are worth a try, especially with their green chutney. The sizzler dish is as smoky as a newly lit fire. The view is refreshing and perfect for enjoying a good book.
I stayed here for a day in the garden room upstairs. The room had a balcony with a view of the lush paddy fields. The service was average, nothing exceptional. The food was pricey, with a continental breakfast costing Rs.150, which seemed steep. Wifi was only available in the common area and was not very reliable. Checking out was hassle-free. The surroundings were clean and green.
The staff provided excellent service and were knowledgeable about the variety of dishes available. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast options the most.
We spent 5 days in Hampi and Mowgli was our fav place to eat! We had several breakfasts, lunch and dinner here and the pizza, falafel, pasta and Indian cuisine were all delicious and good portion sizes. Beautiful ginger carrot and mint juice too! Well... worth a visit, a great view over the rice paddies and the river, the staff is very helpful.
I had a mushroom spinach burger and a shak shuka lafa roll in two different times I was there and both times I was very happy with the food. Specially the burger which was sooo tasty! My friend had one their Indian curries and loved...it too!
