Nirchi's Pizza - Conklin

My family and I have sick on the chicken bacon pizza in conklin nirchis. when we called, we felt like lying. we said the owner would give us a call back, but never. a regular customer so to treat is the exact reason why we take our business elsewhere.

Nirchi's has always been one of my favorite pizza restaurants since I was a kid and they still don't disappoint. Great food and great staff.

My family and I got sick on the chicken bacon ranch pizza at the Conklin Nirchis. When we called, we were made to feel like we were lying. We were told the owner would give us a call back, but never did. Treating a regular customer like this is the exact reason why we will take our business elsewhere.

I applied for Nirchi’s nearly a year ago in Conklin, and I figured I’d share my experience to warn against anybody willing to work there. I got called in for an interview. The interview was completely unprofessional, she talked the whole time and left me no time to opportunities to even speak, and the questions in general were unrelated and unprofessional. Then, I called almost a week later to follow up. She did not answer, so I decided to call back a few days later. When she was in, another employee picked up the phone, and the manager had her tell me “I’ll call her back later I’m too busy“. Me stupidly later realizing (after getting no call), the manager did not even ask for the name of who called. She did not plan to call back. I then messaged her personally. To this day I have had no response. The manager is snotty and so are the employees. I heard from a previous employee this story I’m about to tell, as well. She asked for time off, and they gave it to her. When she returned, she discovered that she had been fired because her name was taken off the schedule. She asked the manager why, and the manager did not give her an answer hand still has not. Now, my input on the service to customers. The employees do not listen to you when you talk to them. Ordering over the phone is always a fus, I have even gotten hung up on trying to order. They are rude in person and have no idea what they are doing. They get orders wrong insanely frequently.

When I was very sick with COVID back in the spring of 2021, friends stopped at Nirchi's and brought me wings and a huge Greek salad. I am not originally from this area and had never had their food. Well, my husband and I are hooked now. We both have compromised immune systems, and Nirchi's delivers. The salads are huge, their pizza is excellent even delivery is hot. Their wings are meaty and the flavors are yummy.
