We spent $50 and they forgot my men fries so that only the sandwich did not fill him up, and the flesh on his sandwich was cold. I tried to call back and make it right, but they didn't answer, so I think after I come home and find out that and he's upset it won't even be repaired. never back there and was really excited to be opened here.

Cost almost 30 minutes for 3 sandwiches and when I came home, the command was gone. I was very excited to have a new PCS place close to, but these young have to get it together. 3/16 evening

First and last visit. The girl at the drive thru handed me my shake which got all over my car and clothing due to a leaking cup. She began telling me how I have to be careful with the cups because they are thin, instead of taking the dang thing out of my hand as it's dripping down my arm. Basically, she accused me of breaking it which didn't happen. No apology was given, and nothing was done to make it right other than putting it in a new cup and giving an additional lecture on how I needed to be careful with the cup as she slammed the window. I get home and my order was completely wrong to boot! To Management: I'm not interested in emailing any info and the time to make this right was at the drive thru window. I'm done, and not patronizing an establishment that doesn't train with the most basic of customer service skills.

Ordered the the Old School philly sandwich .. and must say .. it was a bit disappointing.. first of all, it was missing most of the cheddar cheese and got cold from waiting on more cheese
