Jack In The Box - Conroe

I visited the restaurant on Thursday night at 10:30 PM and had a disappointing experience. There was a bee buzzing around the dining area, which wasn't pleasant. The customer service was terrible; the staff was rude when taking our order and serving our food. They rolled their eyes when I asked for some dipping sauce, which was very unprofessional. Overall, the service here is not as good as other fast food places like Jack in the Box. I expected much better for a night shift operation.

The quality of Jack in the Box was amazing 15 years ago; it used to be my favorite burger place. This location also has great service!

The refried food was cold and hard, tasting like it had been prepared the day before.

I believed I didn't want to go to town. I'm mainly broth and tending instead of tender. I was disappointed.

After years of not eating Jack in the box because I was served cold tacos (another location), I decided to give this place another try. I had not eaten here in 7+ years so I had a few questions about the menu items. The staff were extremely friendly and explained the different menu options with a smile on their face! I’ll be back because the staff are better than any other fast food place I’ve been in a long time. They grilled chicken sandwich was excellent and fresh too!
