The food was quite tasty, earning a solid 4 out of 5 stars. The McGriddles were particularly enjoyable and are definitely a must-try if you visit. The service was also commendable, rated at 4 out of 5, making the ordering process smooth and efficient. While the atmosphere gets a slightly lower score of 3 out of 5, it's understandable since I opted for takeout. Overall, a very satisfying meal that won't break the bank!
I visited this restaurant this morning and ordered two out of the five sandwich options available: an egg and bacon biscuit and a sausage and egg McGriddle, among others. The woman at the drive-thru intercom seemed completely confused about my order. She said, “Everyone is asking for that, and I don’t know if we have it.” I pointed out that it was clearly listed on the menu screen, but she responded, “Um, I don’t see it.” I even took a photo to show her when I got to the first window, but she completely ignored me and made me wait for about a minute. Then another employee opened the window and said, “Okay, you want...” I was still trying to show her the sandwich options, but she continued to ignore me. Frustrated, I decided to leave.
Ordered food at dinner time late but early enough to get it yet they canceled it as soon as the clock changed after waiting 20 min. Bad service. Be honest yall. Stick by your times or change em. And get off the xannies. I worked there I know what goes on..... Service: 1
When we left, we realized that one of the bags was missing a hash brown. So, we returned to address the issue. However, the woman named Rachel, who we spoke to upon our return, was incredibly rude and pointed out that we had ordered separate bags to indicate that they included two hash browns in the two meals. She further explained, in a dismissive tone, that although we mentioned the $2 bundle at the drive-thru, that was not what we had paid for, and insisted that there was no hash brown missing, insisting it was our misunderstanding, not the fault of the person who took our order. Her exaggerated hand gestures and attitude made it seem as though my mother was unreasonable for asking about the mistake. Overall, the service was extremely disappointing.
