Saltgrass Steak House Conroe

Always good service here for the most part, sometimes they can be slow, but always friendly and accommodating. Tonight we were told that waiting was 15 to 20 min, and I think it ended 10 min and Saturday night. The food was excellent and cooked as ordered. The salads are always fresh without wild salad. The steaks were great. Recommend!

Chicken fried chicken, fried mushrooms and Lonh Island Texas Tea had too much sweet and sour and the Rose Frozen Champagne Rita I had was not made as it says on the beverage card, but it was good. The food... phenomenal! And the service was not great.....we waited long time for drinks and appetizers, but our waitress was super sweet and even gave the police officer of Houston I was with a discount of $27 for his service. They were quite busy for a Sunday evening so that go back is a certain!!!

My husband and I was in town for a family reunion and we decided to dine later at Saltgrass, which happens to be his favorite restaurant. We were both pleased our server Mr. Roy was very attentive and pleasant. Our food was hot and fresh. My husband ordered the ribeye 16 oz with butter fly shrimp and I had the 8 oz steak with grilled shrimp. We both had baked potatoes the toppings were few hardly no cheese a lot of sour cream and butter. Overall I feel like we got our money worth, thanks for the service. Definitely recommend dinning in.

Just got my delivery from door dash. These were the salads I got. Look at all the brown lettuce. Would you have served these if I were sitting there? I would not have accepted this if I were there. Usually the salads are pretty good but this was wrong. Luckily the entrees were good but these salads shouldn't have even gone out the door.

So the customer service was good and we didn’t have to wait long at all for our reservation. YET, as you see per the photos. The food portions are small. Our food did not come out fresh. Some of our food was cold. My husband’s Brussel sprouts were burnt and everyone who had a steak said it was fatty. My broccoli was undercooked and cold. But our bill was over $100. Definitely overpriced.
