Smoothie King - Conroe

I've visited this place a few times, and while they do take my order and make a great smoothie, I find the service lacking. They don't greet you or wish you a good day, which really gives off a vibe of low morale. That said, my smoothie has been excellent every time!

I walked in and waited while the main employee chatted with others for about five minutes before finally asking for my order. One very young employee who made my drink kept wiping his hand on his nose and face and then touching my drink while preparing it. I was so grossed out that I ended up throwing my $8 drink in the trash; I just couldn’t bring myself to drink it. I can’t afford to get sick.

Today I visited this location and placed an order. a couple who ordered me both got their drinks before I did. yesterday when I visited this place, I asked the two workers when the load usually opens. none of them knew, and the male worker told me that the loading hours are on the door. this place gives me good smoothies, but the customer service makes me debate if I return.

I live in Willis and there are no smoothie kings around, this is the closest location to me. On multiple occasions I’ve come to this location at night and they have closed early so beware it’s not worth coming at night you will just waste your gas and not be able to buy a smoothie …
